Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it for everything -- financials, inventory, WMS, etc.

Pros

  • Integrates well with Magento, via Kensium
  • Easy to customize

Cons

  • Replenishment calculations
  • WMS especially needs work, especially picking
  • It has made it easier to customize so we can make for easier workflows

It made it easier for us to enter orders from our website, via the Kensium connector. It has also made it easier to have real-time data for ourselves and our customers (again through the Kensium connection). allowing us to serve customers faster.
I don't know if there is anything industry specific.

Works well for a distributor, but sometimes it seems like there are areas that are underdeveloped, leaning on outside partners to come up with add on solutions.
