A great cloud ERP with amazing features and price tag

We use Acumatica for Financial, Manufacturing, Shipping and CRM. Acumatica gives us amazing visibility into our entire business that lets us understand where the business is going and allows us to make data driven decisions and provide amazing service to our customers and partners. It's allowed us to streamline a lot of our business processes and automate a lot of manual processes.

Integrated CRM allows for better tracking of opportunities and timely responses to customers. Also Cases feature helps with customer support requests and allows internal team members to hand off requests between them allowing for smoother coverage of requests. BEcause of the visibility found in dashboards we always have a view of what customers may need.

We're a manufacturer/distributor. The intuitive mfg module allows us to efficiently manufacture the the product. We always have visibility into materials and labor to keep cogs down. The distribution capabilities help us to ship our products really well to our customers. It's a great product to help us transform almost every area of our business.
