Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use the system for accounting, project management, manufacturing, inventory management, and field service.
- Allows for all employees to have an account, not limited by licensing
- Allows for many departments to operate under one system
- Field service functionality, calendar board, mapping, etc, have been hard to use and gain user adoption.
- We have had quite a few issues with crashes and performance issues on the SaaS platform.
- If Acumatica were to allow admins to create customization and automation using similar processes as Salesforce flows, that would be a massive benefit for our company.
- It has been more affordable than our other systems
