Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica helps me bring together more departments that have not historically interacted with the ERP.

Pros

  • Having transaction based licensing
  • Has more native features than other ERP solutions
  • Ability to integrate with existing solutions

Cons

  • Lazy loading results would be better than paginated results
  • Better browser support as there are some issues in areas with using Edge
  • More information on integrations with Power BI
  • Streamlined communication reduces admin time and lag
  • Bringing in outside process we had such as quotation
  • Browser based enables remote working to use the system rather than email file sharing

We are early on and yet to fully assess the external impact.
We are a global manufacturer so we're excited to see how we can roll out Acumatica in other sites.
Transaction based pricing is better suited for us, the ability to not have to rely on so many customisations or addons

The way that we are now able to bring in departments that have not had ERP available. This is including the actual shop floor rather than just plant manager roles. Not having to worry about purchasing additional licenses is great.
