Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for manufacturing and ecommerce. We also switched to the CRM platform as well. We historically had very siloed teams and the ERP has allowed for better visibility and collaboration among teams.

Pros

Cons

  • The WMS for manufacturing is severely lacking in its UI
  • More detailed COGS breakdowns
  • We have had a large increase in productivity and time savings for employees
  • We have been able to streamline inventory and increase turn rates

It has allowed us to automate the emailing of invoices, statements, and clean up our AR. Additionally, we've empowered our sales and customer service teams with more visibility at the customer level to improve their experience with our company.
Acumatica is primarily used as our ERP to support our manufacturing and distribution needs. It's been amazingly flexible and we can't live without it. All our teams and very satisfied with their respective screens.
Acumatica is so much more nimble and customizable while maintaining affordability for medium sized businesses.

Acumatica is great for basic manufacturing with standardized products and packaging. It gets more complex if you make a wide variety of products and use various types of packaging.
