Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We utilize Acumatica’s ease of customization to easily keep track of our inventory, issue and receive inventory, view history of equipment, and much more. I can come up with an infinite number of ways that Acumatica helps our entire company on a day to day basis but our ability to tailor the product to our needs is essential.

Pros

  • The ability to customize the product to our companies needs is essential.
  • Ease of tracking inventory gives us on demand accurate reports of our locations needs.
  • The ability to create on demand inquiries and reports allows for timely manipulation and reporting of our companies data.

Cons

  • The ability to pull data from inquiries directly to various fields in templates (example task template owner’s selector) would help create more accurate and faster processes.
  • It has given our business the ability to accurately track our customers usage and inventory levels allowing us to patch and fix billing and issues that we previously had a difficult way of discovering.
4-6 months
Acumatica has allowed us to give transparency to our customers regarding their rental, balances, history, and allows us to give accurate information on demand for them.
We use acumatica to track serialized equipment cycling to and from customers to accurately bill and track our assets.
It’s night and day at the time I used it for solely accounting and book keeping but it’s rigid and has little flexibility compared to Acumatica.

Acumatica is perfect for inventory management, accounting, and manufacturing and is simply better than other erp solutions that exist.
