Acumatica serves as the financial hub for our business. The various modules interact seamlessly and eliminate duplicate, repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to edit prices in a customer contract
  • Detail AR Aging that is not separated by customer
  • Ability to use an item more than once in a customer contract
  • Smaller, more efficient finance team
  • Nearly eliminated late fees from late A/P payments due to better visibility of due dates
  • Reduced collection efforts due to better A/R reporting
The integrated email communication helps everyone see when a customer received and invoice, statement, or has been contacted about past-due payments. The effort to collect payment is greatly reduced.
Customer contracts replaced an expensive external application.
