Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

As our ERP system. I primarily use it for quoting complex line items for five vertical market sectors. The ability to sync this through our lead generation system and into our project management and construction portals is critical to our day to day processes. The clean one source of data is a major requirement for us.

It’s very well suited for our overall needs. I wish there was more usage for AI but it appears that’s coming in the future. Also leveraging outlook integrations is a must have next step to aid the customer relationship protocols. Also having more robust and customizable CPQ function would aid our work better
