Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Being a member of the accounting department in my company, I specifically use Acumatica to track the billing and invoicing of our customers. Acumatica helps us streamline the process all the way from prospective clients, to order entry, and collecting money from our customers. Acumatica is a user-friendly way to make our internal processes more efficient, which helps us tremendously as a small business.
Pros
- Helps the company visualize our data in an easier scope/way
- Helps us streamline our internal processes so all employees can use its potential
- Helps each department of our company get as detailed as they need within their scope of work as well as helps the company as a whole view our strengths and weaknesses
Cons
- The training/on-boarding process for the company as a whole
- This isn't an issue persay, but excited to see the further development of AI within Acumatica and how it can help our company more since it is not fully incorporated yet
- Positively, Acumatica is super flexible with our internal processes and has helped clean up our accounting books year after year
I have not used the AI capabilities yet in Acumatica. I have only used external AI websites

It has helped us send clear quotes, sales orders, and invoices to customers and purchase orders to vendors where applicable. We are able to make all of these forms detailed to our company and how we would like the customer to view us. This has helped define who we are and help our customers stay satisfied.
Our company is in promotional marketing and Acumatica has helped us with item pricing and how to stay competitive with the industry.
I am not a part of the leadership team to be able to give accurate information on this side of things, but I know from using both systems that Acumatica has helped with the day to day processes that our company does. For example, Acumatica has been so much easier training our sales team to input the correct items, training our warehouse to ensure we are keeping a good time frame on shipping the items to our customers, and training the accounting department to ensure invoicing and billing is done in a good time frame as well. I feel like we would get behind a lot more in our previous system and it just was not as organized and user-friendly.
