Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I am the Accounting Manager and manage all of the financials and was also a lead on the implementation of Acumatica.

Pros

  • Project dashboards
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reporting

Cons

  • purchasing card expense management
  • the user security is not user friendly for assigning correct permissions
  • the forms are challenging to customize
  • Our AP and AR processes have improved. Even though our output have grown, we have not needed to increase staffing
  • Sales Order management has made a fast growing parts orders manageable.
We have not yet used AI features
Faster turn around on parts orders, but project management for smoother installations
We design and install material handling conveyors all over the country and then provided replacement parts and service calls. It has helped organize our project management, so that the whole project team has visibility on the project.

Overall Acumatica has increased productivity. While there is a sharp learning curve, as we are moving through the initial challenges we are finding are processes are improving.
