Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica to manage customer data, track inventory, process sales orders, and for all AR / AP.

Pros

  • Easy to customize
  • Integrates well into other platforms
  • Very Fast and easy to use remotely
  • Great Analytics

Cons

  • Better integration with Shopify
  • More advanced out of the box reports
  • It's improved our understanding of inventory and purchasing, allowing us to make better decisions
  • Our employees have more data, and have a better sense of what's going on with our company
I have not used AI capabilities yet, but after watching the opening presentation we'll absolutely be using them!
We have a much better sense of our inventory status, making it easier offer available products. It's also easier for us to track the status of an order before it leaves the building.
We are a motorsports safety company that imports products from Europe. The advanced shipping functionality has helped us calculate landed costs.
