Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use it for construction accounting purposes. We had issues with accessibility and unfriendly user interface with our previous product through server and limited user. I use it daily through most of the construction modules
Pros
- Easy to export to excel
- Ability to drill down to transactions
- Easy to correct transactions
- Recurring transactions ability
Cons
- Reports are date specific and not period specific
- Some system glitches that conflict between reports
- Increase accessibility by 50%
Able to run different invoices to different customers under 1 project
It is defnitely getting better with newer version, where lots of new reports
