Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I get and load data through web endpoints so we can connect to external systems. With this we can pass customer orders from our middleware and send back invoice information back to the customer.

Cons

  • Better error messaging when passing data through endpoints
  • Allows us to better manage our inventory and not get Chargebacks from customers when we can't deliver
Have not used them yet
Allows us to quickly invoice customers and provide real time inventory
I can easily use their custom APIs to send and retrieve data.

Connecting External applications has been very simple. It allows us to use home grown systems and other tools outside of the Acumatica environment
