Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Mostly AP, processing payments, AR reporting.

Pros

  • Search capabilities
  • Navigation between screens
  • Access data and reports
  • Drilling down data

Cons

  • Invoices with HB remain to have a balance after paid and will also remain in "Pre-Select" unless 'un-ticked"
  • Debit Adjustments included in "Pre-Select" and not in "Prepare payment"
  • Provide more clarity and insight into issues we come across every day, able to address inquiries quickly and accurately.
  • We started using it 3 months ago and we already see time saving benefits with data processing and access to information.
  • User friendliness
We're able to look in queries quickly and accurately
Job cost reporting is key as well as sub-contracts and PO matching.
Acumatica was much more user friendly and provided many more features that were attractive to our company. The ability to add on other products was also a key.

Ease of use and navigating through various modules. Looking up data and specific items is simple.
Less appropriate is where paid invoices remain in preselect even though they have been paid. Debit and other adjustments are not available in Pre-Select.
