Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for financial planning, review, distribution, retail and construction purposes. We used Quickbooks before which was just not as sophisticated as we needed nor did we utilize it well. Acumatica, over the years, has become much more sophisticated and allows us to grow and expand the business.
Pros
- I can create my own financial reports to my liking
- The reporting now allows us to make informed decisions for the businesses future
- We now have an accurate view of our Inventory which we did not have before
Cons
- I would like to see the help sections be more detailed with examples
- We have improved revenue year over year by over $2M because we were utilizing our financial reports
No but I am looking forward to learning more about it
We are able to address customer issues earlier than before including payments from customers coming in faster than ever before.
The best use is in our Construction department and the ability to get accurate monthly wip calculations to adjust our revenue and costs accordingly each month.
