Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We mainly use Acumatica for organizing and streamlining our production orders. We make one item very well but with several variations so being able to quickly create and modify BOMs as well as what the production ticket looks like in general. The GI capabilities are also very helpful as pretty much every user has data that they want to see so being able to quickly set up a GI for them to use has been great.

  • Import scenarios are cumbersome
  • Need more functions for formulas in GIs
  • Acumatica automation has removed unnecessary busy work from employees and has freed up a large portion of their time to focus on more important tasks.
We use the manufacturing version and it excels in keeping us on time with production orders.

Acumatica is excellent at being adaptable and customizable to suit a general use case for a normal business right out of the box with the default screens and no code customizations. However it can get very complicated if you have a unique use case which would require getting more into the weeds of coding those changes you need.
