Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Flexibility because we have a lot of variables and exceptions

  • Easier help acccess
  • Getting closer to the real cost of things
  • Exporting data for report or batch manipulation in Excel
  • A lot of saved time when closing the month
Not really. I still export data from acumatica and format it in excel. Our reports aren't fine tuned.
Some help to deliver KPI and have documents on hand and easy accessed
First for billing. Then we hope to get more modules and link everything.
Feels more backed and they love feedback. It doesn't feel like an untalkable big box

Data entry of manual time sheets are time consuming. Not great for machine operators since they don't want to use their personal phones to input their time. We have a lot of forms but our views are limited to a few. We have to input some info on a lot of different views and come and go back to the same views all the time.
