Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for Payables, Receivables, Projects, Distribution, Deferred Expenses and expense management using ConCurrent. We will be going live in less than two weeks. We are currently using an older, more outdated system that has really hindered our ability to streamline processes and evolve our operations on the Accounting team.

I have not utilized AI within Acumatica yet.
We are not live yet, however I am confident that we will be able to better serve our external customers as well as provide a better overall experience for our employees in the system.
We are a non-profit in the healthcare industry. We use Acumatica for A/P, A/R, Projects, Deferred Expenses, Distribution and expense management through ConCurrent.

Yes

Acumatica provides us the ability to streamline our processes, specifically related to A/P. We are currently using Excel plus an outside system for invoice tracking and approvals, all before entering in our current Accounting system. Acumatica allows us to consolidate the number of "tools" or sites needed for invoice processing.
