Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for our ERP, accounting, and CRM. The biggest problem Acumatica has helped solve is bringing everything in to one single source of truth for our business. We plan to continue to grow our business with Acumatica as our backbone. As we onboard our team to utilize Acumatica CRM, we hope to unlock our full sales potential

- Ability to merge duplicate accounts/ account history
- Organization of the quoting module, aka moving line items up and down according to desired format
- Lack of Informational tutorials for not just our system implementations, but for the basic everyday user
- Negative: Having external connections break when upgrades occur
- Positive: Moving CRM internal and cutting costs for Sales Force
- Positive: Financial clarity & accurate reporting
Case management and task management! Our team utilizes the cases & tasks to best help customers get the right information on how to provide helpful service & solutions through Acumatica, often where multiple different parties are involved and having to give input
I also enjoy using the customized forms for Quotes, SO, and Invoices for customers to clearly understand what it is they are buying from us

We use Acumatica to carry leads into sales. Our industry is one where we have to keep our information organized. For example, we are a manufacturer where our products are specified, and the start of the sales process may be with a Specifier, but the actual order will not happen until bidders come by to purchase the products. If 10 bidders ask for a quote, only 1 will ultimately win, and we have to keep track of all of this so we don't lose sight on the project and avoid inflating our quoted numbers
QuickBooks was limiting to what we needed when we wanted customized capabilities. Salesforce promised us the world, but then ended up being extremely difficult to work with when we had needs. They were way more expensive and felt like we were draining costs for little return. We currently use Big commerce with Acumatica
