Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I am an accounting manager so we use it to produce financial information for the rest of the business to make pertinent business decisions

Pros

  • Journal Transactions
  • Recurring Journal Transactions
  • Invoices and Memos
  • Account details and drilldowns

Cons

  • improvement on auto match functionality for cash recons and other recons
  • when sifting through GI information that is filtered, when using the arrows to go through transactions it should keep that filtered information rather
  • positive impact because it allows for everyone in the company to have transparency on AP and AR
  • positive impact by saving time with data entry by being able to copy and paste invoices and journal entries
  • positive impact with activities so the whole company can see actions taken on items at any given time
we have not started utilizing AI capabilities yet

Again, it gives a single pane of glass to look through so everyone in the company can see what is happening on a customer or vendor account, internal activity notes can also allow internal employees to see what other departments are working on
I use Acumatica to produce reliable financials for business leaders to make decisions
I have not used anything like Acumatica before, we were previously using separate ERP and accounting systems

It allows the company to all see the same information from quoting to cash inflows and outflows. This solves people from having to only be able to gather information from certain departments
