Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We are an Exhibit House, and we use Acumatica in invoice our clients receive vendor invoices and rack our labor and inventory. Acumatica allows each of our users to have the insight and visibility to view exactly what stage their project is at which allows for a faster invoicing process, and a happier customer!
Pros
- Automated invoice emails
- Unlimited # of users
- Customizable
- Easy to use
Cons
- The User define field need constant updates
- More customized canned dashboards
- A streamlined tutorial on how to do certain things (instead individual people's videos)
- Acumatica has improved visibility and internal controls. Linking POs, receipts, and invoices in one system has reduced manual tracking and helped us close the month faster
- Reporting is more reliable, especially for project profitability and cash flow, which helps leadership make better decisions.
- Tax setup and user discipline have created some extra work at times. But once processes are followed, it supports growth without adding much overhead.
Acumatica has helped better serve our customers by allowing a faster and more accurate invoicing process. Because we are able to track costs, inventory and our employee's time during the building process these benefits are passed onto our customers in the way of a smaller invoice than what they might have expected.
In the context of being in the Exhibit industry, Acumatica's mobile application has been extremely helpful. Our traveling supervisors are still able to submit their expense and times even while being on the show floor. This means that our invoicing process is not slowed down just because our key players are away from their desk.
