Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
Our department utilizes Adobe Acrobat for advertising flyers, social media posts and video editing. We also utilize Adobe Acrobat to edit PDF files. Adobe Acrobat helps with making marketing visuals more appealing. It is our go to way to edit and produce videos for our social media outlets. We have other programs, but Adobe Acrobat is our main source.

- Ease of Use
At our company, we need to work fast and having a program the works the way to is intended is necessary. Also, something that is easy for someone to pick-up and utilize is very helpful, so there are limited barriers to use. Ease of use if very important so we can get the job done quickly so little barriers.
- Take up too much hard drive space
- Improved marketing
I can not talk much to Adobe Acrobat's security and compliance standards. We have not had any issues from Adobe Acrobat around security and compliance. They have not had any breaches in security or compliance with our account. We appreciate that they take security and compliance seriously as we are a healthcare agency.
- Canva, Microsoft Publisher and Zoom
Zoom does not have a video editor.
Canva has great marketing and social media production ability, but it is not as flexible as Adobe Acrobat. Canva has ready made templates that Adobe Acrobat does not have which make it really accessible, but it does not have the video editing abilities of Adobe Acrobat.
Publisher has some added flexibility but not at all the extent of features as Adobe Acrobat.
