Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I used Adobe Acrobat DC several times a day. I don't know how businesses can survive without this product. It is the only way to edit PDFs successfully and work with large PDF documents. It helps to merge items, create seamless documents, and you can convert it back to word if needed to make significant changes, such as adding whole pages. The comments are used to help collaborate with others too.
Pros
- merge documents
- comments for collaboration
- professional looking documents that don't change depending on who opens them and how
Cons
- large text changes are difficult with text boxes
- no way to unflatten if changes are needed
- locking or flattening
- signature stamping
- merging documents together
- Time saver
- less redundent work
- Cloud Solutions
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Adobe is the most recognized name in PDF. It makes it easy to send and fill documents around the world. It easily works with Microsoft word as well as outlook, the other two most used softwares. If you send anyone an Adobe PDF you know they will have no issues opening it.
We lock and flatten all of our documents. We would need to purchase another type of encryption key if we weren't able to use Adobe Acrobat DC's built in process.
There really is no product like Adobe Acrobat DC on the market
