Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use Adobe Acrobat daily. It has so many useful features, I'm not sure how I ever worked without it. The feature I use the most is the conversion feature which allows you to change a PDF to another type of document. As an example: pdf to Word, pdf to PowerPoint. You are even able to take a scan of a document and Adobe Acrobat will convert it to a Word document with editable text. I believe the OCR capabilities have recently been enhanced with the help of AI because the last document I scanned was almost perfect. Our company also uses Adobe Acrobat to send forms for signatures including a detailed signature confirmation along with where the document was signed. The third feature I use frequently is the ability to create your own fillable forms.

- The cost - It is not cost friendly for everyone
- User-friendly - It has improved dramatically, but I still find things that are really not very intuitive

We originally went with the Creative Cloud Suite for our content creation and graphics, it was after that, that we started using Adobe Acrobat and realized how much of an asset it is. We tend to use it more than any of the other applications now and will continue to use it going forward.
Adobe Acrobat provides secure document signing which is a must in our business. It allows us to send secure information digitally and gives our clients a sense of security knowing we use a program that is recognized worldwide by name alone. It also provides tracking information which makes our partners feel secure that their information is kept safe.
Adobe Acrobat was chosen because we use Adobe Creative Cloud which includes most of their applications including this one. I have a familiarity using this program whereas my experience with others that are similar is more limited.

Using Adobe Acrobat
2 - There are only 2 of us at Moakler Wealth Management. Myself and the Owner. We are a Wealth Management firm. I am his executive assistant and handle all office duties, marketing, financial plan building, quotes, trip planning...etc. The owner has limited knowledge of Adobe Acrobat but trusts my recommendations. We have numerous partnerships but I am unsure if the partners use Adobe Acrobat.
1 - I have become quite knowledgeable regarding Adobe applications so in the event that we need to hire others, I would definitely be the support for our company. We have been recommending it to the advisors we train on our processes but it is not required for what we do. It is a preference for us.
