Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use it to convert word docs to PDFs. We also use sometimes to convert PDFs to word but that doesn't always work perfectly

Pros

  • Converting word to PDF
  • Converting web page to PDF
  • allowing edit of PDFs

Cons

  • It is often slow to open
  • sometimes it freezes and won't close
  • conversion of PDF to excel isn't great
  • Quickly converting from word to PDF is important
  • search function is a huge time saver
  • printing can be slow
  • Ease of Use
Ease of use - when viewing / searching a PDF I need the tech to be as efficient as possible to help me identify focus areas
I have not had any issues with security and compliance related to Adobe
These are very different programs. The only other PDF viewer I use is edge which is faster than Adobe but has less features

I think it is needed for PDF management / use. It is slow / not great for converting from PDF to other formats
