Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe and several of its tools from Cloud Services since we have access to the Admin Console and many users primarily use Adobe Acrobat and all its tools to edit and sign files, which has made it easier for files without access to Word to be used directly from Adobe without losing their initial structure.

Pros

  • Edit document
  • Documents don't leave their initial structure
  • Easier to use and dynamic for everyone

Cons

  • Implementing AI to identify efficient aids
  • More development in a minimalist presentation
  • Better tools from the Admin Console, as they are very basic or generalized
  • More than 300 users with this access is a ROI because they are using this official tool and not website where the information will be compromise
  • Security and complaince
  • reduce manual errors but can be better with AI
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Scalability
  • Ease of Use
If you need to edit documents, you don't want it to lose its structure and ease of use of the tools since it is very interactive, but it can still improve that aspect, which has made the daily life of our users easier, since there are more than 300 of them who use the services and we really value the security they have and the functionality they give to the tool.
Many, but they can still improve, such as functionalities to grant access according to group levels or by department, so that not all the information available in Cloud is available to everyone but only to certain groups of people, although for now security is something that depends a lot on people, document encryption and other options have made it possible to limit the use of information in areas that do not correspond.
The great thing about Adobe is the functionality it offers users, something that Word through Microsoft apparently does, but the vulnerability of information in Word is something complex that organizations are still improving, and it's something that Adobe has been able to implement favorably.
