Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Our organization uses Adobe Acrobat on a daily basis, mostly for E-signatures since a lot of staff are going to different locations and can't be there in person. Very easy solution for this issue, as it can automatically have our names be formatted into signatures for ease of use signatures. We love it.

Ease of use is the biggest factor as a lot of our members aren't the most technical with certain products, so this is a nice bridge for that gap.
Adobe hasn't let us down in terms of security issues. All the files we have sent arrived with no problems whatsoever. Overall it's a solid area that we don't normally think about since we were never really negatively affected by it.

It's great for viewing PDF files and for digital Signatures, even good for some digital portfolios. It struggles sometimes with certain file sizes and formats, sometimes it makes screenshot images way too big or small, making the whole document useless.

  • Some tools dont work on certain documents and solutions are difficult to find
Theres some issues that stop this from being perfect but what does work works very well. Its very helpful that alot of the main important tools are labeled and are on the side and things such as Acrobat showing you where to sign and add dates is very convenient for the user in terms of efficiency. Once more of the wrinkles are ironed out this will for sure be closer to a 10/10 for me.
