Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use Adobe Acrobat for reading and signing PDF at work. I e-sign contracts and agreements. I've made PDFs and flyers. I think Adobe Acrobat is really useful for signing contracts. Some other services are less straightforward for those who may not be technologically apt, but Acrobat makes it easy for everyone to receive information and sign what needs to be signed.
Pros
- Sharing PDFS
- E-signing PDFS
- Creating PDFS
Cons
- The cancellation fee is unfair
- I don't like that the setup automatically installs MacAfee virus protection
- The program often freezes on me
- It slows down my process a bit because I feel the program has gotten more sluggish
- The price is a large cost for our business
- It's definitely necessary though, so I can't avoid using it. Mostly positive.
- Cloud Solutions
- Integration with Other Systems
I have felt safe and secure using Adobe Acrobat. It's trustworthy and reliable. That's the reason I keep going back to it. Although I didn't like that it automatically downloads MacAfee virus protection, I think overall I feel better now that it is in. I trust Adobe to keep me safe from fishing or whatever it's called.

2 - My main job is literally just me and my boss so there's only two of us. When I work for UCLA there's a lottttt of people using it of all different business operations so I'm not completely sure. My boss and I use it for PDF operations if you know what mean.
1 - I'm mostly responsible for troubleshooting all technology at Katie Curates, so I guess the answer would be me. I'm not an expert though, sometimes I need support that doesn't exist.
