Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I create interactive PDFs for events we hold and these documents are an integral part of connecting with participants and holding meetings.

Pros

  • Interactivity
  • Small memory files
  • easy to view on mobile devices

Cons

  • Maybe play repeating video in a file
  • They are universally accessible
  • Love the locking/password feature
  • Ease of Use
I design these files but people with less ability and knowledge use them. The ease of us is great.
I'm in healthcare and compliance and HIPAA regulations are extremely important. Adobe has great features that enable me to lock or prevent others from seeing info they shouldn't have access to.
