We are already Adobe Acrobat users for all of the above reasons
It allows us to use digital signatures to protect our forms and understand that they are protected. Adobe offers an additional layer of security by hosting ensuring users have Adobe accounts and are authenticated through both Adobe and the college system before they can access and sign anything via Adobe Acrobat.
