Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We need fillable PDFs for the HR team and for other internal teams and that's a big reason we use Adobe Acrobat.

Pros

  • Fillable PDFs
  • Easy editing across different teams
  • Simple to use for people who are not designers or creatives

Cons

  • Less crashing
  • Easy integration into photoshop
  • Makes my life easier as a designer to be able to hand off PDFs to other people.

Easy integration with the entire suite of Adobe programs
I love being able to have locked PDFs and the security that Adobe Acrobat has. My company takes security very seriously

It's well suited to be able to send someone a templated PDF where they can edit on their end without having to use other software
