Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We mostly use Adobe Acrobat in peer to peer reviews between client, copy, leadership and design. Internal feedback. I do think creatives have an easy time using it while theres a really big learning curve for non- creatives so there should be a greater push for learning/onboarding for people in non-specialized skill business levels.

  • I think the leaving comment and feedback notes is really finnicky
  • feedback notes aspects needs history and comments resolution
  • ways to more specifically pinpoint within a doc
  • I think its not the most intuitive
  • general business people aren't aware of its capabilities
  • it would be great if Adobe Acrobat recognized repeated actions and allowed a shortcuts bar for those.

I use it for documents and design reviews. i think its great for docs like contracts and not great for design reviews- but its the only thing non design people will use.
