Adobe Acrobat Review
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
For work and interactive PDF pieces. Also, exported to send to clients and get them reviewed by different members from my team. We use the comment feature to help use feedback for review. My main use is for my graphic design team and it has been essential with work flow and sharing.
Pros
- The PDF Form that help detects spaces for billable areas
- Edit-ability for text after finalized PDFs
- The ability to share PDFs with peers and teammates for review with comments
Cons
- Properties section when your changing information - it sometimes skips once you click tool tips
- Increased team productivity
- Improved direct client relationships
- Cloud Solutions
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
The ability to integrate with other systems is amazing because we can work with different teams in the industry from different fields. Same with sharing work with clients and getting feedback.
It has done well, especially from a financial organization where a lot of confidential information is held.
I use Adobe Acrobat because I have the Adobe cloud subscription.
