Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use Acrobat to create editable documents that are used company-wide so that employees across the country can add the information they need and share the documents with their customers.

Pros

  • Editable fields.
  • Reading PDFs.
  • Letting me save the PDFs as other file formats.

Cons

  • Acrobat needs a lot of improvement in editing text. It breaks lines and spacing every time.
  • I wish Acrobat matched the layout of other Adobe products. Finding the right tools can often be difficult.
  • Helps employees share information with clients very easily.
  • I know that what I design is what anyone who opens the file will see.
  • Scalability
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
I never use the security features.

Despite its shortcomings, I think Acrobat is the best tool Adobe has for the types of uses I have.
