Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's being used by all the research analysts for projects and meetings. We make brochures and reports and present them to the clients.

Pros and Cons

Easy to edit texts even though it's in PDF format
we could change cover and edit pages well
transform into words or other formats easily

sometimes when there are pictures involved, the ability to transform into editable text is not good

Return on Investment

Saves us a lot of time on making some changes to the cover or the text of reports.

Alternatives Considered

I had my eyes on Acrobat DC because we wanted to use InDesign and Illustrator so we bought the bundle.

Never needed to, I was able to use the functions I wanted without trouble, so I have no experience with the their overall support. However I would say it's easy to upgrade to the latest version and I'm happy with the interface, it's easy to navigate and the speed is fast on an older computer.
