Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I use it almost every day, as do all my associates.
  • It is very user-friendly for editing documents.
  • The fill and sign feature is so very helpful for getting multiple people to sign documents.
  • Reformatting Word Docs to PDFs is a very helpful feature.
  • It would help if there was "laymans language" in the help box. For example: What are you trying to accomplish?
  • Sometimes I have to re-name files when I save them.
  • There are at least 4 clients that were able to pay me sooner because I had the updated and edited documents to them in a timely manner.
  • There are no fewer than 6 clients in my sales funnel who have information from me that were professionally presented and tailored to their needs.
Adobe works for so many other clients who may or may not have Windows or MACs, etc. When I send a Word document I never know who can open it and who can't. That's not the case for Adobe.
It's hard to find the chat or online help function, but once I found it they were helpful.
