Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat DC is used as an electronic and digital function to supplement our submission of business forms. The business currently utilizes the service to address to the problem of providing easy-to-sign and trackable documentation to our clients. The scope is used in multiple internal and external team processes.


  • Customizing form logic
  • Providing an easy option for digital signatures
  • Customer service responses for issues
  • Providing multiple types of databases that help manage forms


  • The site tends to glitch and sign out when a page reloads but then will not allow a sign-in unless the browser is fully closed
  • Users should be able to make full edits to documents during the in-progress stage if none has signed documentation on Adobe Sign
  • Using search function within document manage tab of Adobe Sign is inconsistent
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro should allow for a more seamless process to add drop-downs. The current process requires creating a blank line for default entry and new additions to make revisions to line items already available
  • Digital signatures

  • Auto deletion of data even with changes to the settings causes lost documentation

As someone who had no formal training in software that has significant use styles, I have been able to easily navigate the UI. The features and online forums that help with questions make the overall usability manageable.
I think the feature between DocuSign and Adobe Sign is most comparable. I think DocuSign allowed for more customizable options but users fell short of understanding navigation. Adobe Sign helps customize but some features and processes can be glitchy or blocked.

Adobe Acrobat DC works best for high-volume use of documentation creation and client signatures. It allows for various customized logic and signing features. The less appropriate use is if need to auto calculate totals. A specific scenario is a convenient need to have 3 fields operate in conjunction with one another where if field A, which is a piece of equipment, and field B, which is the number of equipment items needed, then field C will have an equation to populate the costs of field A times field B.
