Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We use Adobe Acrobat DC on a daily basis to manage applications for our services, collect signatures, distribute forms, and protect client information.
  • Edit PDFs and convert files
  • Create and manage forms
  • Protect Data
  • Issue signatures
  • Affordability
  • Fillable PDF forms
  • Certified digital signatures
  • Easily Edit PDFs and convert them to Word documents
  • Highly increased operational efficiencies by saving time and resources
  • Improved data collection systems
The apps for both Mac OS Monterey and iPhones work seamlessly, especially with document cloud storage capabilities.
The Digital ID feature works very well for our needs. We can certify documents, digitally sign documents, and verify other signatures received on a document. We can protect documents with a password, we can encrypt them with a certificate or a password, we can remove hidden information, we can create a security envelope, and more!
Adobe Acrobat is the premier PDF software. Nothing can compare! The other options I mentioned here (Google Drive and PDF Filler) are fantastic free alternatives. The only major downside to me about the Adobe Acrobat DC software is the price, but if you are working with PDFs on a regular basis, investing in a subscription is the best way to go. If you need to view or fill a PDF form quickly and don't want the subscription, Google Drive and PDF Filler work great.

Adobe Acrobat DC is the top PDF creator and editor, hands down! Adobe created PDFs in the early 1990s and is still a must-have software today. Other applications will allow one to view and create PDFs, but none compare to the capabilities offered through the Adobe software. We've used them to easily create fillable PDF forms, send and receive certified digital signatures, combine and reorganize PDFs into one document, edit PDFs, convert PDFs into Microsoft Word documents, and so much more.
