Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat DC is used across our university campus for various types of forms and digital signature documents. Specifically, we use this software to build forms from scratch, create PDFs from multiple documents, and prepare informational sheets for the web. It is the most efficient way of creating and sending documents that need approvals and digital signatures.

I have used both Apple and PC operating systems. Adobe Acrobat DC is virtually seamless when switching between platforms. I never have to worry whether the document can be opened and edited through another platform like an Apple computer. You are even able to work with it in other Adobe creative software. It has been a lifesaver!
By working on a university campus, it is imperative to have software that will create a secure document. Adobe Acrobat DC provides the level of security so documents can be protected prior to being sent electronically. It is also extremely important that there is a higher level of security for documents that contain digital signatures.
All are robust software packages. I can say that I am nowhere near scratching the surface of what these products will do. Their functionality is somewhat intuitive and you can seamlessly switch from one package to another when creating and editing documents. This holds true for the graphic design elements. It is my favorite go-to creative package!

Adobe Acrobat DC is a robust and extremely easy software to create forms from a PDF document. The "Prepare Form" tool is very efficient at creating form fields with a few clicks of a button. Adjusting each of the fields can be a bit cumbersome but it still gets the job done. Editing a PDF is fairly straightforward as well. However, it is not easy to add shapes/text boxes to an already existing document. I am adept at using the software but it is not intuitive to do these tasks.
