One Stop Shop PDF Tool
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
I use it to open, edit, sign, and convert PDFs. We sometimes get contracts in Adobe Acrobat DC that we need to convert to Word, and Adobe Acrobat DC is very useful in converting to PDF. There are many other features as well, such as protecting, combining files, requesting comments/signatures, etc.
Pros
- Filling and signing PDFs
- Converting PDFs to Microsoft Word or another document type
- Protecting PDFs
Cons
- Improving the converting function so Word copies have good formatting
- The design looks like the 1990s and could be upgraded
- So difficult to redline in PDF from within Acrobat. Adding and removing redlines/comments should be easy without needing to convert to Word.
- Export PDF to Word
- Edit PDF functionality
- Organizing Pages
- Increased efficiency to review contracts
- Increased productivity
- Improved security with their automated security features
