Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I use it to open, edit, sign, and convert PDFs. We sometimes get contracts in Adobe Acrobat DC that we need to convert to Word, and Adobe Acrobat DC is very useful in converting to PDF. There are many other features as well, such as protecting, combining files, requesting comments/signatures, etc.
  • Filling and signing PDFs
  • Converting PDFs to Microsoft Word or another document type
  • Protecting PDFs
  • Improving the converting function so Word copies have good formatting
  • The design looks like the 1990s and could be upgraded
  • So difficult to redline in PDF from within Acrobat. Adding and removing redlines/comments should be easy without needing to convert to Word.

  • Edit PDF functionality
  • Organizing Pages
  • Increased efficiency to review contracts
  • Increased productivity
  • Improved security with their automated security features
I wouldn't use this on mobile... for work, you need to use this on a computer. It's not seamless when used on mobile due to potential login issues, SSO, etc.
Our security, compliance and IT teams research in-depth the standards we need to comply with. Adobe was chosen out of the many competitor tools. I'm not sure how we use it to prevent data breaches or legal issues, but the lack thereof shows Adobe Acrobat DC is adequately protecting the organization and its information!

Adobe Acrobat DC is well suited for contracts management teams or other teams that frequently work with, and store, PDFs/Word copies of important documents. Adobe Acrobat DC can also be used for Compliance and other policy-related teams to store, edit and collaborate on various company documents and policies. It may not be well suited for extremely small companies with low volume.
