Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
As a technical writer, when I publish a PDF output, I often need to set or update the properties, and I do so in Adobe Acrobat DC. It is also very useful for fixing last-minute changes or errors in docs that need to be released immediately when it will take too long to fix and republish the documentation from the source files. I have also used it for page extraction and insertion. The Comments feature is also one I have worked with for years - my reviewers add their comments and I can easily track when I have resolved each comment.
- Set Properties
- Edit/delete/add text
- Change Images
- I would like to be able to copy or move text from one page to another without losing the font format. If I currently copy text that is in a font that is not in my Adobe system, if I paste or even move it to a different page, the font is replaced by default font.
- Edit Properties
- Edit Text
- Export to smaller file size
- Enabled immediate manual fixes to documentation when time is of the essence.
- Improved document clarity with the addition of a DRAFT watermark on the cover page or all pages.
I could only purchase a product that conforms to my company's security standards, which Adobe does.
I would only use Adobe Acrobat DC.
