Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

We use Adobe Sign to allow our clients to conveniently digitally sign our formal proposals and agreements. The service is affordable and reliable, and is widely accepted. There is no software to download and non-subsribers can still use the service to sign our documents.

Pros

  • Easy sign-up and account management
  • Affordable option for e-signature
  • Easy to upload documents and request signatures

Cons

  • Multiple steps to upload documents
  • documents must be sent from web app, not through acrobat software
  • difficult to purge online file copies after PDFs saved to local storage
  • Price
  • Product Usability
  • Product Reputation
  • 100% return rate of sent documents
  • easy to send email reminders for outstanding documents
  • ability to save frequently used documents as templates saves time
Website interface walks you through document set up, and helps send to the appropriate recipients. Saved templates cuts down on time to draft documents. Documents are easily signed and automatically returned for recipients.

Yes

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

Great for requesting signatures on documents without having to meet in person or send hard copies and waiting for them to be returned. Large documents which need several signatures, a lot of information to be entered, line item initials, etc. can take a long time to set up.
