Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

We needed a way to send forms to candidates and remote employees to avoid having them come into our office to complete forms. Adobe is a trusted big household name, so we felt comfortable exploring it as a solution first. Adobe Sign makes it easy to customize our forms and send them to one person or multiple people simultaneously. I've never had any issues with it.

Pros

  • Ability to run reports for usage within a certain time period.

We needed something that worked out of the box with no setup. We didn't need a fancy system with more than what we needed since it's a solution that solves a fundamental need for our company.
  • It significantly reduces our onboarding time for new hires since they no longer need to come to our office to sign paperwork; all we need to do is click a few buttons, and it's in their hands to complete at any time.
I've never had any issues with Adobe Sign for the use cases that I've needed it for. Creating templates, modifying the fillable fields, selecting who gets what if sending documents to multiple people, and assigning it such that it goes from signer to manager have all been a breeze. I have no complaints about this.
We were thinking about using DocuSign because it integrates with our HCM system, but it was so astronomically expensive that we couldn't justify the purchase.

Adobe is a great tool if you need to send form-fillable documents to someone who doesn't have access to a computer. Being able to send it to them straight to their emails, which they can open and complete on their phones, has been a game changer for our recruitment process.
