Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We use AA for collecting analytics data for the applications for app and web to understand user behavior. The problem we face is the account for data for user that do not contest to accept the cookie data and we see a gap in figuring out what have they selected in application.

  • Provide business the data that is needed to make business decision

  • The data we receive in flat files in EDW is not captured
  • The consent data for users that do not accept the cookies is hard to collect data on
  • Business insights

Make it customized for users who use it in specific region
It is specific to what it does . It needs the upgrade to CJA for it to be able to be capable to deliver the value
