Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We provide, my team provides the business insights from the data that we collect through our web performances and other channels to their business. So we provide reports and visualizations to our business and then insights

Pros

  • There are some components that we use it in a very business oriented basis because that's how the product features are built. One is Adobe Workspace and the segments and then the visualization, the different types of visualizations and the insights to the business.

Cons

  • I think it's coming up in the future, sneak peeks and we saw that. So AI insights and custom dimensions, custom metricses and no limit on EVARs and props, but I think the next product that's called CJA, that's covering it, which is a great thing.
  • We use it for more insights, so I believe the customer can perform the evaluation of their campaigns and how they perform. So it's more of a performance analysis, but it satisfied that
It's always our business or our agencies. They compel us to look for GA as a simpler tool, so that's why I reduce that one point. We always have that in our mind, but as an enterprise organization, we would like to stick to Adobe.
I'm not a business user, so we deliver this to the businesses. So they use it for their reviews, they their campaign reviews, like how the campaign performed. And then let's say they do a website redesigns and they try to evaluate like, business content is serving the purpose, do people visit it or not? And especially from a life science perspective, it's a patient education. So if the patient is getting educated so that they can buy our products. So, it's more of like analysis areas, the business analysis areas, that's where we use these reports and features.
The business feels tough to understand the path it takes them to those reports and everything. It's more than us technical people. It's mainly the business. They feel it like that. It's because of that. It's a very huge product with so many features, so many things. So it takes training, it needs a lot of business training to make them comfortable with what we present in Adobe Analytics.

Maybe for a small company with small products for their thing, Adobe may be bit of an implementation too much for them, but when it comes to companies like us, like a life sciences or large enterprises and even small enterprises, but with more products, more analysis that they need to make their marketing experience better, maybe Adobe product is the best suitable.
