Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

I am a coder on the Infrastructure team and we are integrating ACC for the first time and we find the support team to be very helpful. The Client Console has infinite functionality and with that comes a bit of a learning curve but there is training and documentation provided from Adobe that can assist with any questions you may have.

Cons

  • Online documentation BEFORE license purchasing
  • Speed of response to forum questions
  • Clarity in the documentation: some phrases are used interchangeably.
