Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate
I have used Adobe Captive at my college for several years now. I use the software to create E learning tutorials and videos for several classes. Several professors and staff have been using Adobe Captivate across the college. I think Adobe Captivate has helped us in creating new learning materials in an efficient and timely manner.
- Excellent interaction with other software, can import items created in other software such as images, audio and video easily.
- A user-friendly interface but takes a little time to learn.
- We currently have a separate license for Adobe Captivate. I hope that Adobe would consider including it in the Adobe Cloud package that is currently offered.
- Users may need to invest some time in learning many features of this software. I have been using it for a while and I think there are still things to learn especially with every new version that is updated.
- A positive impact on productivity. Using the software increases productivity and is a gain to the college.
Adobe Captivate is similar to Articulate Storyline. Since I use Photoshop to create graphics, I find it easy to use Captivate and import assets created in Photoshop while this feature is not supported in Storyline.
