Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Experience Manager
We use Adobe Experience Manager for the creation of our pre-login/customer-facing website as well as our microsites. This product lets us easily update our website with information about our insurance products as well as press releases. Adobe Experience Manager lets us be flexible and not need code updates anytime we need a new page.
Pros
- Allow our team to quickly update our website
- Makes it easy to create templates that we can reuse
- Set up workflows to let content be published
Cons
- I think the user settings can be complicated when it comes up to allowing permissions
- It is very hard to find hidden components on a page, so that process could be easier
- This has had a positive impact on allowing for getting pages up quickly
- Being able to extend the core components to create content
- Being able to easily change vanity URLs and create microsites really helped us be flexible
