Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Experience Manager

In my organization, I use Adobe Experience Manager Sites and the DAM (Digital Asset Manager).

Pros

  • Site organization
  • Enabling consistent naming conventions
  • Site pages properties are organized well

Cons

  • The interface needs better color contrast for better readability
  • Button actions and CTA placement need to be more intuitive
  • Easier content authoring
  • Negative - less control over templates as a content author
I needed a lot of training on how to use this product. Start up was slow and created slow adoption among the teams.
  • I like that the folder structure on the back end mirrors the front end
