Good workhorse of a product

We use it to manage user experiences and licenses. We try and use it as little as possible as we are just the IT administrators but manage it for the admin team as well. We look at what product combinations would be appropriate for new users and manage accordingly. We have been using it for a lot of years and it has got much better.
